ACC3 sits on 147,000 square feet, featuring an aggregate critical load of 13.9 megawatts divided among four computer rooms. In 2006, this building was converted to meet the standards of the growing data center industry. Today, ACC3 exceeds many of these standards. The use of reclaimed water, for example, saves our customers thousands of dollars each year while fulfilling our commitment to environmentally sustainable data centers. Customers benefit from multiple major fiber carriers, some of the nation’s most competitive power rates and myriad tax incentives. ACC3’s proximity to Washington, D.C., makes it all the more accessible and desirable for major businesses looking for data centers in DC.
