The property is located in Northern Virginia, less than 7 minutes away from Washington Dulles International Airport and 26 miles West of Washington D.C. This is one of three data center buildings on this campus that support both Turn-Key Flex Data Centers and Powered Base Building (PBB) configurations. The facility was constructed in 2011 and has 6 MW of power. It is currently occupied by a single tenant in the hosting industry. This concurrently maintainable data center is secured by multiple systems with security provided by CCTV, card key and biometric access controls and onsite guards. HVAC, power and building critical systems are managed and monitored 24x7x365. System operators are highly trained and power is provided by one of the most reliable transmission systems in the country with reduced risk of electrical interruptions and rates that are below the national average.
