The SITEL POP1 Data Center is located at Kopčianska 20/C, Bratislava, Slovakia. Since going into continuous operation in 2000, it has served as one of Slovakia’s oldest and largest neutral-colocation and telecommunications nodes.
Operated by SITEL s.r.o., POP1 plays a key role in the Central European digital infrastructure ecosystem, hosting dozens of domestic and international operators in a neutral, carrier-rich environment.
Its strategic value stems from its Bratislava location, close to national fibre backbones, multiple network operators and peering networks. It offers enterprises, carriers and service providers access to a well-connected, reliable collocation base in the heart of Slovakia.

- The data-centre space is equipped and operated to TIER III standards, with all main infrastructure (power supply, cooling, cabling) in an at-least N+1 redundancy configuration.
- The facility offers more than 1,100 m² of customer-equipped colocation space.
- Backup power infrastructure supports up to ~1.5 MW of load for customers in the facility.
- The building management system (BMS) integrates fire-protection, safety, cooling, power-supply and monitoring systems, enabling real-time online status access for customers.
- Neutral-carrier status enables flexibility, with connectivity to multiple domestic backbones and international network operators on-site.
