About CHIL1 MTC Data Center
Introducing the Midway Technology Centre, Chicago's historic Schulze Baking Company building. This 230,000-sq.-ft. hardened warehouse, located on the South Side of Chicago and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is being transformed to meet the growing demand for colocation and data center services in the city.
With Phase I set to offer over 50,000 square feet of high-power density raised floor space, this Tier III data center will provide top-notch facilities.
Phase II will see the addition of 120,000 square feet and a total utility power capacity of 26 MWs.
With its strategic location away from natural disasters and flight paths, and outside of the 100- and 500-year flood plains, the Midway Technology Centre offers security and peace of mind.
