Cloudsmart is located at 4 Pin Oak Drive in Branford, CT. We offer colocation space through half and full cabinets and caged space. The data center provides colocation, hosting services, data storage, and backup services, project services, and managed services. We currently also have two private suites of white space available of 4,000 and 2,200 square feet of space each.

The Branford data center provides 20,000 square feet of total enclosed space that also includes 18 inch raised flooring. The data center provides security 24×7 video surveillance, monitoring by onsite staff, and controlled access. The data center is protected by fire through the use of FM 200 fire suppression system distributed in the entire facility as well as a pre-action dry pipe system.

Cloudsmart provides a redundant and reliable power infrastructure. The critical infrastructure is protected by Mitsubishi UPS system on the loss of utility power with automatic transfer of load to a 550 kW standby diesel generator. The redundant and dedicated HVAC units effectively moderate the cooling and humidity in the data center for the optimum performance of all the hardware components.

We are a carrier-neutral facility with connectivity options to multiple Tier I carriers and service providers. The data center network infrastructure features a redundant Cisco powered network with Gigabit networking. The onsite staff provides helpdesk and support services.

Cloudsmart offers virtual private cloud solutions from the entry-level standard packages to more advanced packages, such as virtual private servers (VPS), virtual dedicated servers (VDS), and dedicated servers to meet the diverse customers’ needs and requirements.
