The structure is built with pre-fabricated concrete walls, and the 2014 Expansion is Uptime Institute Tier III Certified for Design and Build. Close to Interstates 294, 90 and Route 53, the data center is 19 miles from ORD1 and 18 miles from downtown Chicago.
