Situated in Trafford Park, 2km from central Manchester, Our secure Manchester Data center complex offers 2 standalone buildings. LDeX3 is a 10,000 sq ft facility which will house up to 300 racks with a design density of 3Kw per rack.
LDeX3 is ready to be fitted out and has power provision and planning secured. It offers a perfect opportunity for a single large enterprise to secure a dedicated facility on a services contract, or alternatively a small number of customers each wishing to house a substantial deployment of equipment. Dependant on customer needs we can look to incorporate your design requirements into the infrastructure build.
LDeX3 will benefit from having two diverse ducts linking into LDeX2 allowing your organisation to benefit from the diverse carriers already present in LDeX2 and reducing the time and complexity needed to provision carrier services, and allowing a greater choice of carrier options versus securing your own off net building.
