The facility is located in Vitacura and anchors Afro’s Chile-based platform for low-latency hosting, local data residency, and private infrastructure control. The data center environment includes three underground fiber-optic links from different providers, separated routes to different network nodes, national and international traffic separation, and automatic DDoS mitigation design. Power infrastructure includes dual three-phase electrical feeds, a generator with one-week autonomy expandable up to one month, and Online UPS systems in N+1 redundancy with external and rack-level protection. Cooling is delivered through N+2 refrigeration, giving the site two backup cooling units beyond the full cooling load requirement.
