Located in Hortolândia, São Paulo (R. José Blumer 150 – Chácaras Assay, SP, 13186-510, Brazil), the DC SP02 campus is operated by Aligned/ODATA and benefits from proximity to São Paulo’s major business and connectivity hubs.

The site has been developed in a low-seismic-risk zone and enjoys easy access via the Bandeirantes and Anhanguera highways; it provides strategic connectivity into the São Paulo and Campinas markets. 

Designed for wholesale / hyperscale colocation, DC SP02 currently offers around 16 MW of IT power available for acquisition across a campus footprint of about 60,000 m² (with roughly 30,000 m² of clear-land expansion capacity) — enabling significant scalability. 

The operator’s sustainable engineering approach includes a high-renewable-energy target (through the Aligned/ODATA platform) and a carrier-neutral, fully connected network design. 

As a result, DC SP02 is positioned as an ideal site for hyperscale, enterprise, and cloud deployments requiring large-scale, resilient, and green infrastructure.
