Located in the Parque Industrial VYNMSA in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico, the QR-01 Data Center campus is operated by Aligned Data Centers in partnership with its regional business unit. It is sited approximately 170 km from downtown Mexico City and positioned in a low-seismic-risk zone, offering strategic access to key national fibre routes and international cloud and connectivity markets. The facility forms the first phase of a major campus in Querétaro designed to serve hyperscale, cloud and enterprise deployments in Latin America.

• The QR-01 campus is designed for up to 32 MW of IT power load upon full build-out. 
• The site features high-density readiness, including liquid-cooling capability and high-density rack support to meet next-gen workloads. 
• Cooling infrastructure uses closed-loop chilled-water systems and Aligned’s adaptive modular design methodology to improve energy efficiency. 
• Power and redundancy features include A+B power rails, N+1 blocks, 500 kVA PDUs and other infrastructure at rack-level to support intensive workloads.
