CDC Data Centres: Beard Campus

CDC: Beard BE1 is a new data centre facility under construction by Canberra Data Centres (CDC) in the Beard suburb, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. It is part of CDC’s fourth campus in Canberra, adding to the existing campuses at Hume and Fyshwick. Strategically, the Beard campus expands CDC’s capacity within Australia’s capital territory, serving government, critical infrastructure, and private sector clients who require high security, local data residency, and resilient connectivity. Its location benefits from being close to existing CDC campuses (Hume, Fyshwick), enabling synergies in power, network, and redundancy infrastructure.
