The IJsselstein Data Center is a modern, energy-efficient facility designed to support businesses with scalable and sustainable IT infrastructure. It offers a total surface area of 500 m², with 50 m² allocated per data floor. With a robust 1260 kVA total capacity, the data center provides significant power capabilities, supporting per-rack capacities of 1 to 20 kVA. The power supply is ensured through dual A and B feeds, enhancing redundancy and stability, with 230V and 400V available, as well as 48V on request for specialized equipment.

The data center is committed to environmental sustainability, maintaining a PUE of less than 1.2, and is fully powered by 100% sustainable Dutch wind energy. It utilizes direct free air cooling, ensuring that the temperature on the data floor is consistently kept between 20°C and 27°C. The use of the cold corridor principle further enhances cooling efficiency while minimizing energy consumption. Being carrier neutral, the facility offers clients the flexibility to choose their preferred network providers, and a radio link with a 99.999% uptime guarantee ensures reliable connectivity.

In terms of security, the IJsselstein Data Center is equipped with camera monitoring, an intrusion detection system, and a professional security response team available in case of an alarm. Access is managed with personal access passes, with options for iris scan or facial recognition for heightened security. Additionally, the data center features separately lockable racks to ensure that client equipment remains secure. A 24/7 service desk is available year-round, ensuring that assistance is always accessible for any operational needs.
