Additionally, we offer ample expansion space for customer needs, seamless access to public clouds, high-speed connectivity to our other US data centers, and low-latency Internet connections.

Our data center spans an impressive 201,590 sq. ft., with a raised floor area of 62,257 sq. ft. We provide various types of storage options, including cages and locking cabinets. Our standard cabinets are 45U with a depth of 42", and can support 4 & 6 kW.

We prioritize the safety and security of your data with our robust infrastructure. The floor load capacity is 150 lbs. / sq. ft., and the subfloor load capacity is 250 lbs. / sq. ft. We offer flexible cross connect options, including copper, fiber, and coaxial.

At Centersquare, we understand the importance of a comfortable and efficient working environment. That's why we provide office space with customer drop-in cubicles. Our facility also includes 24x7 remote hands support and a loading dock for easy logistics.

When it comes to electrical capacity, we offer top-of-the-line solutions. For cages, we can deliver up to 300 w/sq. ft., while cabinets (2.4 & 4.3 kW) have their own electrical capacity. Our UPS configuration is 2N for added redundancy, and we have three utility feeders for reliable power supply. With an N+1 standby power configuration, we have eight 2,000 kW diesel generators and four 20,000 gallon underground fuel tanks.

When it comes to cooling, our N+1 HVAC system ensures optimal temperature regulation. We have N+1 chillers and three 16,000 gallon onsite make-up water tanks for efficient HVAC distribution.
