Colt Frankfurt 3 is a hyperscale data centre currently under construction by Colt Data Centre Services (DCS) in Sossenheim, a strategic suburb in the Rhine‑Main region of Frankfurt, Germany. Designed to Colt’s Tier‑3 specification, this facility is built to support the accelerating growth of cloud, AI, and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. Its site benefits from high-density fiber infrastructure, proximity to multiple existing data centres, seamless connectivity to the Rhine‑Main region, and convenient access to Frankfurt’s financial district

• IT Power Capacity: Planned to deliver 32 MW (or 32.4 MW in certain reports) of IT power upon completion
• Gross Floor Area: Estimated between 12,599 m² and 17,500 m², depending on source documentation
