Colt Frankfurt 5 is a hyperscale data centre currently under development by Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS) in Wiesbaden, immediately east of central Frankfurt, forming part of the Frankfurt 4 & 5 campus. Built to Colt Tier 3 specifications, the facility is designed to deliver part of a combined 63 MW of IT power across the two campuses, on an 18-acre site. Strategically located approximately 22 minutes from Frankfurt International Airport, it benefits from high-fiber-route density—ideal for cloud, hyperscale, and AI-driven workloads.
