Colt Technologies: Paris 5 Data Center
About Paris 5 Data Center
The Colt Paris 5 Data Centre is a new development by Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS), located on a strategic 5.3‑acre site in Les Ulis, southwest of Paris, adjacent to their operational Colt Paris South‑West facility. Paris 5 is planned to accommodate cloud and high‑density AI workloads, leveraging Colt’s Global Reference Design (GRD). Upon completion alongside Paris 6, this site will deliver a combined 55 MW of IT power, underpinned by an 85 MW secured energy contract. The location benefits from proximity to major transport routes like the A10 and is approximately 25 minutes from Paris‑Orly Airport and 30 minutes from central Paris, ensuring excellent accessibility and connectivity for enterprise-grade infrastructure deployments.
