Compass Datacenters: Meridian Data Center
About Meridian Data Center
The Meridian Data Center Campus is a planned hyperscale development by Compass Datacenters, located in Meridian, Mississippi, approximately 80 miles east of Jackson. Set to break ground in 2025, the campus is designed to become one of the largest data center developments in the Southeastern United States, delivering up to 320MW of capacity.
Strategically positioned in a region with increasing demand for large-scale digital infrastructure, the Meridian campus offers access to available land, scalable power, and connectivity routes supporting expansion across the Southeast. The project reflects Compass Datacenters’ modular, build-to-scale approach, enabling rapid deployment timelines and flexible configurations tailored to hyperscale and enterprise customers.
Designed to support next-generation workloads, including AI, cloud, and high-performance computing, the Meridian campus will provide a future-ready platform for organizations requiring large, contiguous capacity with long-term growth potential.
