• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Target design PUE of ~1.25. Renewable energy supply, roof-mounted solar PV, HVO biofuel backups, chilled-water cooling with free-cooling capability, and building designed for future heat-re-use (community heat network potential). 
• Scalability: Designed to accommodate growing demand for high-density compute and flexible colocation footprints (quarter-rack, half-rack, full rack, cages/suites) in a cost-efficient yet enterprise-grade facility.
