The MAA10 building spans 196,000 sq ft, uses N+1 UPS redundancy and N+2 cooling redundancy, and supports rack densities up to 70 kW per rack for AI and high-performance workloads. The broader Chennai campus spans roughly 10 acres in Ambattur Industrial Estate and includes modular infrastructure for phased customer growth.
