Digital Realty's datacenter at 1210 Integrity Drive is on a 7.73-acre green field in our 69-acre data campus known as Digital Dallas. Electrical service to the park is served by diverse substation feeders to our dedicated, privately owned, substation, which can deliver up to 100 MW of power.

1210 Integrity Drive is a multi tenant facility with approximately 269,172 square feet of raised floor space and 36MW of IT load and is located in the epicenter of North Dallas’ Telecom Corridor right off U.S. Highway 75 (Central Expressway), 25 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and 15 miles from Downtown Dallas and Dallas Love Field Airport.
