The Raisio Data Center (also called Elisa Raisio Center), operated by Elisa Oyj, is located at 3 Kuninkaanväylä, Raisio in the Turku region of Finland. This subterranean / stone-built facility is designed to deliver resilient, secure, and efficient colocation and connectivity services to Finland’s southwest region. Its underground location aids in thermal stability and physical protection, while Elisa’s national network presence ensures strong integration with Finland’s broader telecom infrastructure.

• Overpressurized air conditioning: +10 % to +20 % relative to surrounding environment to prevent infiltration of contaminants 
• Target temperature setpoint: 23 °C ± 2 °C, with alarm limits at 18 °C / 27 °C 
• Air and closed water / fresh-air cooling packages in N+1 redundancy configuration 
• Raised floor structure with overhead cabling for electricity and IT networks
