Eurofiber Cloud Infra: Toulouse Data Center

The Toulouse Data Center, operated under Eurofiber / Eurofiber Cloud Infra via its FullSave brand, is located in Toulouse, in the Occitanie region of southern France. FullSave’s TLS00 facility serves as a regional digital infrastructure hub for southwestern France. 

Eurofiber Cloud Infra provides colocation and cloud services across France and the Netherlands, operating a network of Tier III data centers, including this Toulouse site. 

Toulouse’s strategic significance stems from its position in the French digital ecosystem (a centre for aerospace, technology, research, and industry), offering lower-latency access for clients in southwestern France and proximity to European fiber backbones.

⚙️ Facility Highlights

• The data center is known as TLS00, built / commissioned in 2014 under FullSave, now under Eurofiber’s umbrella
• The site covers ~1,600 m² (gross surface area) for the data center. 
• Three separate computer rooms are deployed within the facility. 
• Electrical infrastructure: dual redundant high-voltage inlets (20 kV) with each supply chain backed by its own generator and modular inverters. 
• Fiber connectivity: four separate telecom fiber connections, including redundant paths.
• Cooling infrastructure: uses a chilled-water loop with redundancy in production groups, combined with In-Row cooling deployed within hot aisles. 
• Real-time monitoring of power consumption via supervision systems. 
• Eurofiber’s datacenters are designed to meet Tier III standards with full redundancy across power and cooling. 
• All Eurofiber / Eurofiber Cloud Infra sites are powered by 100 % green energy and compliant with sustainability initiatives (e.g. EU Code of Conduct)

• 24/7 security operations and monitoring in colocation areas.
• Access controls and perimeter protection consistent with Eurofiber’s internal security standards.

• Carrier-neutral facility: customers may select their preferred connectivity provider. 
• The data center is part of Eurofiber Cloud Infra’s Tier III interconnected data center network, enabling high-availability dark-fiber interconnections and redundancy between sites. 
• Offers connectivity options including Ethernet VPN, IP VPN, Dark Fiber, and WDM services via Eurofiber’s fiber network.
