The Huizhou Data Centre, a greenfield, purpose-built colocation facility, is operated by Keppel Data Centres in strategic partnership with Alpha Data Centre Fund and local operator Shenzhen Huateng Smart Technology Co., Ltd. It is located within Tonghu Smart City, Huizhou, in Guangdong Province, part of China’s Greater Bay Area, a rapidly rising high-tech hub adjacent to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. Phase 1, delivering approximately 486,700 sq ft of gross floor area (GFA) with capacity for over 6,000 high-density racks, was completed in 2022. The site has a total development potential of ≈1,024,900 sq ft, including future expansion capacity of another ~538,200 sq ft
