Phoenix PH4 Data Center with 36MW IT Load and Sustainable Cooling Design
127,000 SF LEED-certified facility with 6 x 6MW vaults, tri-fiber entry, 22kW rack support, and closed-loop water efficiency
Located just 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the PH4 Data Center is part of a 240MW master-planned campus in Mesa, Arizona. With 127,000 square feet of total data floor space, this LEED-certified, two-story facility features six 6MW vaults, robust sustainability measures, and high-density infrastructure capable of supporting 22kW per rack or more with liquid cooling technologies.
The PH4 site utilizes N+1 distributed redundancy, dual 34.5kV utility feeds, on-site fuel storage for 24-hour runtime at full load, and renewable energy options. Cooling is delivered through air-cooled chillers with economizers, fan coil walls, and a dedicated closed-loop modular chiller plant—ready for AI and HPC applications. It is carrier-neutral, with three diverse fiber entry points, two Meet-Me Rooms, and access to major cloud platforms and global carriers. Certified for SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, PH4 is built for scale, resiliency, and security.
