The Sterling, Virginia data center is a two-story facility offering over 1 million square feet of data center space and up to 90,000 square feet of Class A office space. The Sterling V facility features multiple levels of redundancy with up to 105 MW of power at full build and a density of up to 1000 watts per square foot. It utilizes diverse power delivered by two independent circuits, supported by 750kVA Mitsubishi UPS systems and scalable 2.25MW Detroit Diesel generators. The cooling system incorporates a 36-inch raised white floor design, 35-foot ceiling height, and Stultz 100-ton CRAC units, maintaining an efficient and optimal environment. Security is paramount, with 24/7 video surveillance, on-site security guards, dual authentication entry, and biometric access controls ensuring the highest levels of protection.
