• The FRA2 site features modular construction: initially ~700 m² in Module 1 and expanded to ~1,300 m² in Module 2, making almost 2,000 m² of data centre floor-space.
• Designed for high energy-efficiency, with a target PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.15.
• Cooling is via “direct free cooling” (air-side economisation) without water pipelines inside IT halls, reducing water usage and risk of leakage.
• Redundant infrastructure: dual A/B power rails to cabinets, redundant UPS and diesel-generator back-up, and climate-control systems designed for high availability.

🔐 Security & Compliance

• 24×7 staffed operations and remote-hands support are provided, enabling onsite assistance including hardware maintenance. 
• Physical security includes biometric access controls, card keys, CCTV across all rooms, man-trap entry, and perimeter security. 
• The facility complies with German data-protection and hosting regulations, offering clients infrastructure that is fully “Hosting made in Germany”, meaning all systems and data reside in Germany and are subject to German law.
