The NorthC Munich 2 Data Center is located in Bavaria’s capital, one of Germany’s most powerful economic regions. Munich serves as a hub for finance, automotive, biotechnology, and IT innovation, making it a key location for enterprises and service providers requiring reliable colocation and interconnection services.
Acquired by NorthC in 2025, the Munich 2 facility is being fully aligned with NorthC’s high standards of availability, security, and sustainability. Extensive upgrades are planned to bring the site up to Tier-3 readiness and to support the company’s goal of achieving CO₂-neutral operations by 2030.

- Generator redundancy: Tier-3 compliant, 4 x 2 MVA
- Cooling redundancy = N+1, cooling performance up to 2.400 W/m²
- Fire protection: high-fog water mist system with advanced smoke detection
- Expanded services: Remote Hands, service requests via MyNorthC portal, and monitoring through the CIMS platform
