The Hanoi Thang Long Data Center is operated by NTT Communications in partnership with Global Data Service (GDS)—a joint venture between NTT and Vietnam’s VNPT Group—at 17 Phố Ngô Thì Sỹ, làng Vạn Phúc, Hà Đông, Hanoi, Vietnam. Fully launched in 2009, it was Vietnam’s first Tier III-level facility, designed with advanced Japanese technology to meet growing business continuity and interconnection needs.
