NXDATA: NXDATA-3 Bucharest (BUH3)

NXDATA-3 will be a state-of-the-art data center located near Bucharest, with operations scheduled to begin in 2026. This carrier-neutral facility is just 15 minutes from Otopeni International Airport (OTP) and is built to support high loads of IT infrastructure. The facility is located in the northern part of Bucharest, positioned near the Bucharest Ring Road, approximately 8 kilometers from the NXDATA-1 and NXDATA-2 cluster.

The site offers a secure and scalable environment, with a wide range of connectivity options. NXDATA-3 Data Center includes reliable N+N redundant backup power systems, N+1 cooling systems, and advanced security infrastructure. These features ensure high performance, energy efficiency, and continuous availability.

Designed as a single-storey, purpose-built building, the facility will provide fully specialized technical space. NXDATA-3 (NX-3/BUH3) has a total electrical capacity of 5 MW. Out of this, 3 MW is allocated for customers’ IT and communications equipment. The data center covers 2,000 square meters (21,500 square feet) of technical space, divided into 4 customizable data halls tailored to specific customer needs.

• Fuel sourcing agreements to ensure timely refueling

• Independently controlled temperature and humidity for each data hall
• Option for racks with Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling Technology with maximum 50kW IT load/rack
