About INOC Data Centers
Founded in December 2000, the Independent Network Operations Consortium (INOC) was established by subsidiaries of four Upstate New York Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs).
Our mission is to deliver reliable ISP solutions, internet connectivity, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Colocation, and managed Cloud services to our members and clients.
INOC's network presence has expanded to cover most of New York State and neighboring states, connecting hospitals, educational institutions, and businesses of all sizes.
As a leader in enterprise managed solutions, we offer peace of mind and access to cutting-edge internet technologies. With over 400 years of combined experience in the telecom industry and nearly two decades in colocation services, INOC remains the preferred provider for our clients.

Uptime
By leveraging multiple and diverse network paths, redundant power and cooling systems; backed by dedicated on-site generators, we offer the uptime availability guarantees needed.
Accessibility
Our Data Centers has a private, redundantly network with three different points of presence in the Albany NY market. We have four Tier-1 bandwidth providers, to maintain direct peering relationships.
Security
Through the use of biometric & card access, and DVR recording, all facility activity is fully logged. Facilities are monitored 24/7/365 by a central station.
