RadiusDC: Trinity Hills Data Center
About Trinity Hills Data Center
RadiusDC Nashville I / Trinity Hills Data Center in Nashville, Tennessee is a purpose-built colocation facility serving enterprises, network operators, content platforms, carriers, MSOs, and edge infrastructure deployments in Middle Tennessee. Located in the Trinity Hills area, the site extends RadiusDC’s connected-edge platform into Nashville with a new urban data center designed for scalable colocation, high-density compute, and network-rich deployments. The facility is positioned to support production IT environments, regional infrastructure growth, and latency-sensitive workloads requiring proximity to Nashville’s business, media, healthcare, logistics, and cloud-adjacent ecosystems.
The facility delivers 12 MW of critical power within a 102,500-square-foot purpose-built structure on a 12-acre site. RadiusDC lists 20 MW of building utility capacity from Nashville Electric Service and the Tennessee Valley Authority, with concurrently maintainable N+1 architecture, two 6 MW data halls, and the ability to subdivide data hall capacity for customer deployments. The facility includes 24 hours of onsite fuel storage and supports power densities up to 400 W/sq ft. Cooling infrastructure includes enhanced cooling for higher-density deployments and a closed-loop cooling system that uses little to no water.
The Trinity Hills location strengthens Nashville’s data center market with an urban colocation option near the regional core. RadiusDC lists seven network providers for the site: Arelion, Crown Castle, IRis Networks, Sprint, Uniti Fiber, Windstream, and Zayo. The site’s Brick Church Pike position provides access to Nashville’s fiber routes, utility infrastructure, interstate corridors, and the broader Middle Tennessee technology market. Nashville I began leasing in the second half of 2025 and is planned to open in 2026, adding new carrier-connected capacity to a market that includes downtown Nashville, North Nashville, and the greater Davidson County network ecosystem.
