Redcentric’s Gatwick Data Centre, located at 17-19 Kelvin Lane, Crawley, West Sussex (RH10 9EY), is strategically positioned just off Junction 10 of the M23 and near the M25, making it readily accessible from London, Gatwick Airport, and the south of England. Operated by Redcentric, a UK-based managed services and data centre provider, this facility strengthens Redcentric’s network of enterprise-grade colocation and connectivity assets across the UK.

Its positioning offers a balance of proximity to London (with ~30-minute train links) and reduced metropolitan cost compared to city-centre data halls, making it well suited for customers requiring both connectivity and resilience.

• Approximately 10,000 ft² (≈ 930 m²) of technical / raised floor colocation space, supporting over 400 full, half, and quarter cabinet deployments. 
• Designed to Tier 3 aligned standards, with resiliency and redundancy engineered into the architecture. 
• Power capacity: 3 MVA incoming supply, allowing standard rack draw (~7.4 kW / 32 A) and optional high-density racks up to ~44 kW (63 A, 3-phase) 
• UPS & Generator redundancy: 2N UPS, N+1 generator configuration, on-site fuel to sustain up to 96 hours, plus backup generator with N+1 design. 
• Cooling systems: Adiabatic cooling towers (N+1 redundancy), rear-door and immersion cooling options for high-density / HPC workloads.
• Fire detection & suppression: VESDA early-warning system, conventional smoke detectors, and Argonite gas suppression in data halls. 
• Built structure: Type-2 steel framed, non-combustible industrial building, single data floor, raised floor height ~620 mm, floor load ~1,500 kg/m².
