Retelit S.p.A.: Retelit Trento Data Center
About Retelit Trento Data Center
The Retelit Trento data center (also called Retelit FERSINA Trento), located at Via Fersina 23, Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy, is operated by Retelit (in the IRIDEOS / Retelit group) as part of its national network of hyperconnected, carrier-grade data centers.
Its strategic significance arises from its position in Northern Italy / the Alpine region: it serves as a regional hub for public administration, enterprises, OTT/media, and telecom operators, providing connectivity and resilient digital infrastructure closer to customers in that geography.
Because it is one of Retelit’s 34 data centers spread across Italy, Trento’s facility enables shorter latency, better redundancy, and regional data sovereignty—for clients who need to keep data within specific jurisdictions or serve the Alpine / Northern Italy markets.
