60 Hudson Street, formally the Western Union Building, is a landmark telecommunications and Internet-exchange carrier hotel located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Lower Manhattan (New York, NY 10013).Its strategic significance lies in its status as one of the world’s most interconnected buildings — home to hundreds of carriers, exchanges, and colocation providers. The building offers extremely low latency connectivity to financial, content, cloud, and enterprise ecosystems across New York, and serves as a key aggregation point for undersea/ground cables including transatlantic ones.
