Sabey Data Centers Seattle East 3 (also referred to as Building 3 on the Intergate.East / SEA-03 campus) is a state-of-the-art data center facility operated by Sabey Data Centers, located at 3333 South 120th Place, Tukwila, Washington. It resides within the larger Intergate.East campus, the flagship Sabey facility just south of Seattle. Thanks to its proximity to major transportation corridors (I-5, I-405, and Hwy 99), Sea-Tac International Airport (~10 minutes away), Boeing Field, and downtown Seattle (within 15 minutes), it offers strategic connectivity for enterprises. The facility is part of Sabey’s sustainable campus leveraging clean, carbon-free power from Seattle City Light, much of the region’s favorable climate for free cooling, and modular build strategies that support scale and flexibility.
