The DFW02C Data Center is part of the DFW02 South Dallas Campus, a large-scale hyperscale development by STACK Infrastructure located in Lancaster, Texas, within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Positioned in a premier power corridor in South Dallas, the campus is purpose-built to support next-generation AI, machine learning, cloud, and high-performance computing workloads at massive scale .
Spanning approximately 193 acres, the DFW02 campus is designed to deliver over 300MW of critical capacity initially, with expansion capabilities reaching 500+MW, making it one of the largest data center developments in the region . DFW02C represents one of the core buildings within this campus, benefiting from scalable infrastructure, dedicated power systems, and advanced cooling technologies engineered for high-density deployments.
The campus is designed with flexibility in mind, offering both shell and turnkey delivery models, enabling hyperscale and enterprise customers to deploy infrastructure quickly while maintaining long-term scalability.
