STT Navi Mumbai 1, part of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) India’s expanding Navi Mumbai Campus, is situated in MIDC Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Currently under development, this facility is designed to deliver hyperscale-grade performance and is strategically positioned within one of India's fastest-growing data center markets. It will anchor STT GDC India’s next-generation infrastructure strategy in the region. 

⚙️ Facility Highlights

• Campus Scale & Layout: Built on an 11.5-acre campus that will house multiple facilities—STT Navi Mumbai 1, 2, and 3—offering scalable modular colocation solutions. 
• Power Capability: The broader campus is engineered to support high-power densities, with cooling capabilities up to 15 kW per rack and an average density around 5 kW per rack.
• Expansion Plan: STT Navi Mumbai 1 is the first of the three buildings, with STT Navi Mumbai 2 and 3 expected to deliver around 40 MW each across 7–8 floors upon completion in 2025.
