It occupies the historic Terminal Commerce Building, a large Art Deco historic complex with over 1.3 million gross square feet. Owned and operated by Netrality Properties, 401 N Broad is one of the most fiber-dense and network-rich facilities on the U.S. Northeast corridor between New York and Virginia. Its positioning in Center City provides strategic advantages: dense metro and long-haul fiber routes, proximity to major business, financial, healthcare, and academic institutions, and easy access for on-site staffing and cross-connects.
