It occupies the historic Terminal Commerce Building, a large Art Deco historic complex with over 1.3 million gross square feet. Owned and operated by Netrality Properties, 401 N Broad is one of the most fiber-dense and network-rich facilities on the U.S. Northeast corridor between New York and Virginia.
