Telekom Malaysia: IPDC (Iskandar Puteri Data Centre)

The IPDC (Iskandar Puteri Data Centre) is a core facility operated by TM One (the enterprise / infrastructure arm of Telekom Malaysia), located in the Nusajaya Technology Park, Johor, Malaysia. 

It is part of TM’s “twin core” strategy, paired with its Klang Valley data center, enabling geographically separated redundancy and business continuity.Because Johor lies close to Singapore and is part of the wider Southeast Asia connectivity corridor, IPDC benefits from substantial fiber backhaul, cross-border latency advantages, and proximity to submarine cable landings.

• The facility is certified as a Tier III Constructed Facility by Uptime Institute, affirming that the built infrastructure meets Tier III standards.

• Launched in 2017, it was built with about 90,000 sq ft (≈ 8,300 m²) of white space when first opened.
