• The facility is built to Tier III+ (or equivalently “2N / concurrently maintainable”) standards, offering a high degree of resilience and availability.

• Cooling architecture: dual-powered CRAC units (A + B), a 2N cooling design, and a design PUE target of as low as ~1.3 or better.
• The facility offers a large footprint — approximately 108,000+ sq ft of data-center space.
