• Cooling Infrastructure: Air conditioning using 3 chillers with cooling towers plus 14 Liebert AC unitsdelivering over 1,500 kW cooling capacity 
• Fire Suppression: Equipped with VESDA early smoke detection, dry-pipe sprinklers, and FM-200 gas suppression; the facility features 2-hour fire-rated walls and doors with monthly testing
• Facility Tier & SLA: Built to Tier III standards, currently operating with an SLA guaranteeing 99.9% uptime, with Phase I N+1 configuration and plans for N+2 progression; pending Tier IV certification
