ValorC3: Boise 1 Data Center

Established in 2000, our facility boasts 45,000 sq. ft. with 8,500 usable sq. ft. of raised floor space (additional 5,000 sq. ft. available by Sep 2024). With a floor load capacity of 250 PSF, we offer round-the-clock building access and top-notch security features including biometric systems and video surveillance.

Our carrier-neutral facility counts Centurylink, Zayo, Syringa, Level3, Cogent, and Comcast among its providers. We have commercial power from Idaho Power with a total capacity of 2 Megawatts (expanding an additional 750 kW by Sep 2024), complemented by fuel storage for a minimum 48-hour run time and backup generators.

For safety, we have dual detection fire suppression systems and robust HVAC cooling capacities with York chillers and CRAC units. Additionally, our customer working space includes secure staging/storage areas, office suites, a conference room, workstations, and a TV entertainment lounge.
