The DUB1 Grange Castle Campus, operated by Vantage Data Centers, is situated in Profile Park, Grange Castle — a well-established data-centre cluster located just west of Dublin, Ireland. The campus leverages its strategic location in a dense connectivity hub, providing close-in access to the Irish capital’s fibre and network backbone as well as to power infrastructure that supports high-performance digital infrastructure.

Designed for large-scale deployment, DUB1 is Vantage’s flagship Irish site and signals the company’s major investment into the Irish market. It is intended to serve cloud, hyperscale, enterprise and network-services workloads that require resilient power, high-density infrastructure and carrier-neutral connectivity.

⚙️ Facility Highlights

• The campus is planned for 52 MW of critical IT load across the first two phases (with one facility around 32 MW and another about 20 MW) on the 22-acre (≈9 hectare) site.
• The target average power density is around 300 W per sq ft (≈3.2 kW/m²) in the initial design.
• Advanced infrastructure: the campus includes a 100 MVA on-site multi-fuel generation plant, capable of running on hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) and gas, to support grid independence and resilience.
• Cooling and water usage: The facility is engineered to support “near-zero” water usage for cooling, with highly efficient closed-loop chilled-water systems and air-side economisation.

Future expansion: The campus has available land and infrastructure capacity to add a third facility beyond the initial two phases.
