Vantage Data Centers: Johor (JHB1) Data Center Campus - Building 1
About Johor (JHB1) Data Center Campus - Building 1
Building 1 is part of the Johor (JHB1) Data Center Campus, a landmark hyperscale development in Malaysia designed to meet unprecedented regional demand. Strategically positioned in Johor with proximity to local amenities, restaurants, and shopping centers, the campus strengthens Malaysia’s role as a major digital infrastructure hub in Southeast Asia. Spanning approximately 73 acres (30 hectares), the campus is planned to deliver 300MW+ of critical IT load across three two-story data centers once fully developed, totaling approximately 87,000+ square meters (930,000+ square feet). Building 1 benefits from high-voltage utility infrastructure, advanced hybrid cooling systems, and extensive carrier diversity engineered for hyperscale, AI, and GPU-intensive workloads. The campus is designed to support power densities of up to 3.3kW per square meter, enabling scalable high-performance computing environments
