Vantage Data Centers: Quebec City Data Center Campus - Building 1
About Quebec City Data Center Campus - Building 1
Building 1 is part of the Quebec City Data Center Campus, an eco-friendly, Tier III-certified development located in Quebec City, Canada. Strategically positioned near Quebec City’s main business district, major highways, and airport infrastructure, the campus delivers high-performance, sustainable digital infrastructure in one of North America’s most energy-efficient markets.
The campus spans 18 acres (7 hectares) and includes four data centers providing a combined 86MW of critical IT load across approximately 925,000 square feet. Building 1 benefits from direct access to Hydro-Québec’s substation and a high-quality electric network, supporting resilient operations powered by nearly 100% hydroelectric energy. Designed for performance and sustainability, the campus supports average densities up to 300W per square foot (3.23kW/m²) and incorporates a variety of energy-efficient design features.
