xefi shd cloud: HDC34 Data Center

HDC34 is a proximity data-centre located near Montpellier (address: 125 Rue de la Sarriette, ECOPARC 34130 Saint-Aunès, Occitanie region) operated by Nexeren, the data-centre arm of XEFI. Acquired by XEFI in September 2025, HDC34 becomes the company’s sixth regional colocation facility in France. The site is designed to serve small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Occitanie region with a local hosting and cloud infrastructure solution, emphasising data-sovereignty, proximity and managed-service support. 

⚙️ Facility Highlights

• The facility offers approximately 91.20 m² of hosting space for the data-hall.
• It is rated for a power capacity of about 80 kW in the current configuration. 
• Infrastructure includes redundant power feeds (dual mains supply), UPS systems, backup diesel generation and advanced cooling such as free-cooling combined with cold-aisle containment. 
• The data-centre advertises a Tier III+ building design for high availability.

• Physical security features include biometric access, card-key systems, man-trap entry, CCTV monitoring and 24/7 supervision.
• The facility is positioned to support sovereign data-hosting requirements for French enterprises, emphasising full control of infrastructure and compliance with local regulations (including GDPR).
• Although specific certifications for HDC34 itself are not exhaustively published, the parent organisation’s data-centre business (Nexeren) holds certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and the French HDS (Hébergeur de Données de Santé) accreditation.
