  • Power & Resilience: Provides 4 MW of IT load, with two independent 10 kV feeders from separate substations within a 60 MVA grid allocation. Backups include 2N UPS (2 × 4,800 kVA)N+1 diesel generators, and 150,000 liters of onsite fuel for ~24-hour backup. 
  • Space & Scale: Features 12,500 m² (≈134,548 sq ft) of gross white space; supports ~1,000 racks with a PUE of ~1.53.
