The NJ1 Bridgewater data center (also called 365 Bridgewater NJ), located at 999 Frontier Road, Bridgewater Township, New Jersey, is a major east coast colocation and connectivity hub operated by 365 Data Centers. Positioned approximately 40 miles west of New York City along the fiber-rich “Magic Mile” corridor, the facility offers low-latency access to NYC, New Jersey, and the broader Northeast U.S. markets. Formerly operated as NYI / DuPont Fabros NJ1 before acquisition by 365 in 2019, the site has been re-branded and upgraded to align with 365’s national colocation, network, and hybrid cloud offerings.

• Future expansion: The site is built to expand to 20 MW of capacity as demand grows
