The DataBank ATL4 Data Center, operated by DataBank, is a secure, enterprise-grade single-tenant facility located at 200 Selig Drive SW in Lithia Springs—a strategic node approximately 20–30 minutes west of downtown Atlanta. Positioned adjacent to a Georgia Power substation, ATL4 ensures very high power reliability.
Built for mission-critical and high-density workloads, ATL4 is designed with the Universal Data Hall Design and is expandable from its initial 4 MW capacity to a substantial 40 MW to meet hyperscale, HPC, and AI demand.
