Located in Lithia Springs / Douglasville, the campus is positioned west of Atlanta near major hyperscale activity, including Microsoft and Google infrastructure. Building 03 is planned as an 80 MW critical-load facility, designed to support cloud, AI, high-performance computing, and large-scale enterprise deployments in one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing data center markets.
